A newly-acquired facsimile of a complete Book of Hours manuscript, a gift from Pope Leo X to celebrate the wedding of Lorenzo II de’ Medici and Madeleine de la Tour d’Auvergne. It is a miniature book with exquisite paintings by Boccardino the Elder, Stefano di Tommaso, and Boccardino the Younger. Produced in Florence ca. 1518.
